These terms govern use of Health Journey. Health Journey is a product operated by Milan Mijatovic (“Health Journey,” “we,” or “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. Do not create or use an account if you do not meet that requirement.
What Health Journey provides
Health Journey is a personal weight-tracking product for manual weight records, daily summaries, simple trends, personal goals, and optional goal-scoped sharing. The service is currently offered without paid subscriptions or in-app purchases. We may improve, add, limit, or retire features while preserving applicable consumer rights.
Not medical advice
Health Journey does not provide a diagnosis, treatment, medical recommendation, emergency service, or substitute for a qualified healthcare professional. Weight can be affected by many factors. Seek appropriate professional advice for health decisions or concerns.
Your account and records
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting access to your authentication methods, and reviewing records before relying on a summary. Do not share passwords, one-time codes, access tokens, account-deletion receipts, or private invitation links publicly. Notify us promptly if you believe your account is compromised.
Your content and the service
You keep ownership of the information you enter. You give us a limited permission to host, process, display, and transmit it only as needed to provide the features you request, secure the service, and meet legal obligations. Health Journey’s software, design, branding, and original content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under these terms.
Shared Goals and invitations
A Shared Goal is not a private message or identity-verification service. Anyone with an active single-use link may attempt to accept it. Members choose a sharing display name and explicitly agree to the displayed data boundary. Do not use Shared Goals to pressure, shame, harass, mislead, or expose another person.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the service, probe accounts or receipts, automate abuse, upload unlawful material, impersonate another person, bypass access controls, reverse engineer except where law permits it, or use the product in a way that violates another person’s rights. We may restrict or suspend access reasonably necessary to stop abuse, security threats, or material violations. You may contact support to request review of that decision.
Availability and changes
The product may require maintenance, updates, supported devices, and third-party network or identity services. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Store availability is shown only through verified listing URLs. If we materially change these terms, we will publish the updated effective date and provide additional notice where required.
Ending use
You may stop using Health Journey at any time and can request account deletion in the app. Some limited hashed operational deletion records remain as described in the Privacy Policy so a deleted provider identity cannot recreate the same account and deletion reliability can be audited.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Health Journey is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied promises of fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Governing terms and disputes
These terms are governed by applicable law, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Before starting a formal dispute, contact us so we can try to resolve the issue directly. Nothing in this section prevents you from using a regulator, court, or other remedy that applicable law makes available.
